The GTC document contains legal, informational and other standard terms governing your use of the ClearWork platform.

The SLA document contains technical details regarding platform uptime commitments, support responses, and service impacts.

For subscriptions procured through the ClearWork website:

Subscriptions purchased through the ClearWork website are annual (12-month) subscriptions. You will be billed monthly for convenience. Your included AI Credits are pooled for the full subscription year, so you can use them at any time during your 12-month term.
